ABUKO BEEF SALAD
Simple to make and extremely good to eat
400g slice beef into strips 100g
3 medium tomatoes, de-seeded and sliced
1 medium green pepper cut julienne style
2medium onions thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 ½ teaspoon lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Serve on a bed of lettuce, garnished with spring onion.
Season and grill the beef to medium.
Slice the beef into strips; combine the beef and vegetables and season with lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
