CHSHEW NUT NGATO
Sweet, crunchy and delicious!
500g caramelized sugar
1kg roasted cashew nut
Heat sugar in saucepan to caramelize.
Once sugar is caramelize, add butter to melt.
Add roasted cashews and mix well, ensure cashew nuts are adequately covered.
Remove from heat and pour mixture onto waxed paper to cool.
Press with rolling pin to flatten.
Once cooled, slice and serve.
