GUNJUR SEAFOOD SALAD

A combination of seafood and fresh vegetables for a healthy and tasty meal

INGREDIENTS

200g boiled lobster and removed from the shell
200g boiled ladyfish, cut into cubes
200 boiled calamari cut into strips
200g boiled and peeled prawns, tail on
2 medium onions, sliced
2 green peppers remove seeds and slice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 medium tomatoes remove seeds and slice
1 bundle spring onions
2 tablespoons lime juice
Salt and peppers to taste

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Combine seafood and season with lime juice, salt, pepper and drizzle with olive oil, garnish with spring onion and serve chilled
