NDAMA BEEF STEW
Ndama cattle are found in the Senegambia region of The Gambia and renowned for their hearty taste.
INGREDIENT
2 kg beef cut in cubes
3 medium onions diced
400g sliced carrots
200g green peas
3 cloves garlic crush
Salt and pepper to taste
1 stock cube
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Trim the excess fat from the beet and cut into cube.
Boil the beef, onion, garlic until tender.
Add carrot
Add peas
Adjust the seasoning to taste, garnish with chopped spring onions |
