Made from the fruit of the baobab tree.
½ kg baobab fruit
½ kg sugar
1 litre milk
10 ml vanilla
3 litres water
Soak baobab seeds and vanilla in 3 litres of water for 1 hour.
Mash seeds by hand to extract the juice.
Strain juice and add sugar and milk, stir until fully mixed.
