Refreshing and spicy
500g fresh ginger
½ kg sugar
1 litre water
Combine ginger and sugar in a food processor, add small amount of water and finely chop to liquefy.
Add mix ingredients to cold water.
Let mixture stand for 30 to 45 minutes (depending on desired strength).
Strain and serve chilled.
