An invigorating juice from the dried flower of the sorrel tree.
½ wonjo flower
1 kg sugar
4 litres water
Wash the wonjo flowers and boil for 10 to 15 minutes (depending on strength).
Strain juice and set aside to cool.
Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
Chill well before serving.
